Established in 1972 and known for producing a highly consistent, opulent, and approachable style of Cabernet Sauvignon, it is iconic for its dark, velvety, fruit-forward wines.

The highlight of the night is the 2019 Caymus ‘Special Selection’, a rare Cabernet Sauvignon only produced in the finest years. Crafted from the estate’s absolute best barrels, this exceptional vintage is celebrated for its incredible richness and smooth, lingering finish.
